Reversing the signs of ageing without going under the knife – Aspire Clinic

Going under the knife to get that longed-for look is becoming less and less popular. In fact, there were 44%* less female facelifts last year than the previous year. But does that mean women are no longer bothered about the ageing process? “Absolutely not” says Aspire Clinic’s Director, Jenny O’Neill. “There are so many more non-surgical solutions available these days that don’t have the costs or recovery time associated with surgery. All funds raised from these events will go towards this year’s annual trip to Orlando. Since 1987, almost 6,000 children have experienced Dreamflight and – for many – it has been...

Tackling the Mummy Tummy by Aspire Clinic

As a 36-year-old mum of three children aged 13, 11 and eight, any hope of getting rid of my mummy tummy has long disappeared. Being a dance teacher and running around after the children – with schedules that are far busier than mine has ever been – I consider myself fit and healthy. However, no matter how much exercise or healthy eating I do, nothing seems to work on my baby bulge. It was during our summer family holiday last year that I decided it was now the time for me to think about myself, and what my options...
